NOTES:
Application Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is required in order to begin the process of a student's application for admission. Registration fee has to be paid by cash in RMB.

Capital Fee: This is an annual requirement of all students enrolled in the school. The capital fee must be paid in full with the first payment by the due date shown on the invoice for each student enrolled, regardless of the length of enrollment. The capital fee is not refundable nor can it be pro-rated.

Tuition Deposit: The tuition deposit serves as a reservation for a student's place. If the deposit is not paid by the due date shown on the invoice, the place will be allocated to the next suitable candidate. The tuition deposit is not refundable and will be applied towards the tuition fee.

Tuition Fee: This includes all textbooks, instructional materials and art supplies. The tuition fee is pro-rated on a quarterly basis for the students who are accepted for enrollment after the start of the official school year. A written notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the Admissions Office at least 7 working days in advance of withdrawal in order to ensure receipt of a tuition fee refund. The tuition fee refund is made on a quarterly basis only and no refund can be made after the 4th quarter starts.

*** The capital fee, the tuition deposit, the tuition fee and ESL program fee can be paid either in RMB or in USD and should include all bank charges. For those wishing to pay in US dollars, the exchange rate will be the current bank rate at the time of payment. All payments must be paid directly to the school bank account.

Bus Fee: The transportation service is provided for the convenience of students by request. It is available to and from IAB in most residential areas. The bus fee is charged according to the area being served. The fee schedule is available from the Admissions Office. In order to discontinue use of the bus service, a written notice must be submitted to the Business Office at least 7 calendar days in advance of discontinuing service. The bus fee is refundable on a quarterly basis. The bus schedule is subject to change.
